This year’s biggest innovation in beer at home is here. Molson Coors (UK) has announced the launch of Home Draught, a draught beer system filled with ten pints of beer that fits easily into the fridge for the perfect cold pint at home. Perfect for the guys this Father’s Day and during the World Cup!
The Home Draught system fulfils a dream for any draught beer fan – great tasting chilled beer on tap straight from the fridge and ready for any occasion whether it’s relaxing with a quiet beer in the evening, having friends over for dinner or working yourself up to a big match on TV.
As the first system to offer a choice of different draught beer brands in the home, Home Draught is available in Carling, the UK’s best-selling beer and award winning Coors Light and Grolsch. Home Draught fuses technological innovation with Molson Coors’ rich brewing heritage to create the ultimate in-home drinking experience.
With an easy-to-use miniaturised draught dispenser, Home Draught features three simple steps to the perfect pint, just chill, twist, pour. After chilling the beer, a draught pint is delivered by simply twisting the CO2 cartridge and holding the glass under the tap for a perfect pour.
The Home Draught system’s innovative miniaturised CO2 cartridge keeps the beer tasting fresh for 30 days after opening and delivers a consistent pour, meaning the last pint tastes as great as the first.
Speaking at the product launch, Mark Hunter, CEO of Molson Coors, said: “Consumers have told us that they want a better in-home drinking experience, and through Home Draught we believe that we’ve created a product that they’ll be thrilled with.
“Home Draught has the opportunity to revolutionise the way we enjoy beer at home by offering consumers a new way to enjoy their favourite beer brands. We’re confident that it’ll be a big hit with beer drinkers across the country.”
Home Draught will be retailed in selected Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Makro, Booths and Spar stores from June 2010. Visit the Home Draught website at www.homedraught.com.
We think it’s a great idea for any upcoming Summer events, BBQ’s and of course the World Cup matches. If this doesn’t keep the guys happy, nothing will!
