The stunning Merrell Taiga Buckle leads the fashionable new winter range – where performance is made beautiful Following hot on the heels of the popular Oslo and Tremblant boots, Merrell announces additional new styles for the Autumn/Winter 2011 season.

The Taiga Buckle is a must have addition to the winter wardrobe, neatly complementing this season’s dominant trends of faux-fur tops and featuring a side-fastening system for easy on and off. The Taiga Pull shares the same characteristic waterproof technology, beautifully complemented by a classy full grain leather upper and Polartec Thermo Insulation, in slip-on style.

The Merrell commitment to fashionable comfort is demonstrated throughout the range by the unique Q-form midsole, which provides women’s specific stride-sequenced cushioning. The Tremblant Waterproof returns to the range as a popular lace-up version of the new Taiga Buckle, refreshed by two new colours – Silver lining and Espresso – as well as the well-received Black original version.

Other waterproof boots in the Merrell collection for AW11 are: the Natalya Waterproof, one of three mid-calf, weather-tight styles in leather which features Merrell’s Opti-Warm lightweight, low-bulk insulation which would look just as at home on the high-street as it would on countryside walks and the Katia Waterproof, a full-fur look, leather construction with Eskimo styling.  The Winterbelle Pull-On Waterproof is a full-lace waterproof suede and nylon upper which is also available in calf-length as is the Winterbelle Waterproof, while the range is completed with the knee length Winterbelle Peak Waterproof.

We think these look like seriously cosy winter boots, how about you?
