Tanqueray Gin Rickey
35ml Tanqueray London Dry
25ml Apricot Liqueur
Method: Pour the ingredients into a shaker and the juice of half a lime and shake vigorously. Pour over ice into a highball glass and top with soda. Garnish with a slice of lime.
35ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
15ml Sugar Syrup
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
8 Fresh Mint Leaves
Method: Smash a mint sprig, add to the sugar syrup, Tanqueray and lime in a highball and mix together with crushed ice. Top off with soda, garnish with a sprig of mint and add optional cranberries for extra jazz.
25ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
Half a Lemon
15ml of Sugar Syrup
40ml of Champagne
Method: Pour Tanqueray into a shaker, crush half a lemon and add the juice to the mix, add the sugar syrup and ice cubes and shake. Double strain into a coupette glass and top up with champagne. Twist the peel of a lemon over the glass.

Celebrate the much anticipated release of The Great Gatsby film with an evening of Art Deco glamour with a unique dining experience aboard the vintage British Pullman train and a night at the iconic Savoy hotel.
