My favourite piece of jewellery is a bangle given to me by my special aunt – it was my “something blue” on my wedding day!

I have a broach shaped like a turnip – its kind of odd, but reminds me of my uncle Peter (he was very odd)

I have the honour of owning a pot donkey which has been passed down through 3 generations – although it’s a bit sad looking, I wouldn’t be parted from it! However, this pretty bangle would certainly look much nicer, maybe it could be a new family heirloom (together with the donkey of course!)

I have several brooches – one cat shaped, one dolphin shaped, one butterfly – that the children bought me years ago. They live on the lapel of my favorite jacket and are irreplacable.

I have a box with my Mum’s jewelry in, she died 10 years ago, so i treasure them.
