Here are some fun ways to get your exercise so you can finally enjoy what you’re doing!


Lots of people love Zumba because it’s like a dance lesson and exercise class in one. The music is upbeat and fun, and you can guarantee you’ll have such a laugh while doing it. The more you do it, the better you’ll get at dancing too! Something like this in conjunction with a controlled diet could really help you!


HIIT is definitely the best form of cardio. Instead of spending hours on the treadmill, you do a series of fast and slow intervals for anywhere from 15-30 minutes.
