For the 12th year running Hard Rock will be supporting breast cancer awareness month this October with the release of the annual PINKTOBER limited-edition pin and other pink merchandise.

The PINKTOBER 2011 pin has been designed as a replica of Melissa Etheridge’s Ovation guitar and celebrates the multi-platinum recording artist and breast cancer survivor’s upcoming star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame which will be presented by Hard Rock on 27th September.

Proceeds from the sale of UK PINKTOBER products will benefit The Caron Keating Foundation with 75 percent of the retail price of each pin and 15 percent of the retail price of other products going directly to the cause.
